Parallax mark Parallax Web Services

Parallax Web Services, Inc.

Interconnected cloud services for modern software work.

Plexus manages the relationships. Slipstream moves the work. Positronic keeps the system informed.

Together, they turn client demand, product intent, and domain expertise into structured, human-governed software execution — and, eventually, new companies.

AI made code abundant. Judgment is still scarce.

Coding agents can generate more software than teams can safely direct, review, and ship. Parallax sits above the models — carrying context, approvals, accountability, and current intelligence across the entire work lifecycle. The system is model-agnostic and human-governed: it works with Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, GitHub, and whatever comes next.

Three layers. One operating system for software work.

Plexus
The relationship layer.

Capture requests, relationships, scope, approvals, and trust. One place where clients, professionals, and teams turn conversations into structured commercial context — and where finished work becomes verified history.

IN PRODUCTION Explore Plexus →
Slipstream
The execution layer.

Turn approved intent into agent-ready workstreams, human review, and shipped software. The command layer above coding agents — agent-agnostic, with approvals and review gates that keep people in control. Ships while you sleep. Asks before it matters.

IN PRODUCTION Explore Slipstream →
Positronic
The intelligence layer.

Monitor external systems, gather intelligence, automate research, and detect the changes that should become work. Slipstream acts inside software projects; Positronic observes and automates the outside web.

IN DEVELOPMENT Public page coming

Relationship context → Governed execution → External intelligence → Better decisions The loop runs in both directions: what ships feeds back into relationships and signals.

Every project makes the next one easier to build.

Real work produces reusable kits, integrations, migration patterns, intelligence workflows, and vertical infrastructure. Parallax uses those assets to ship faster for customers — and to launch focused ventures of its own. The suite runs the company’s own work every day: we are our own first, hardest customer.

Built once. Reused across the portfolio.

NEXUS

Identity, accounts, teams, permissions, and trust across every Parallax product.

APOLLO

Migration and modernization: moving legacy software and commerce onto maintainable modern platforms.

ACQUIRE PLANNED

The planned Apache-2.0 headless commerce foundation with vertical editions — the open kernel beneath our commerce ventures.

KITS & INTEGRATIONS

Reusable starter and feature layers, deployment integrations, and delivery infrastructure inside Slipstream.

The platform proves itself by building real businesses.

Tarragon · culinary

The Culinary Operating System: menus, configured meals, kitchen tickets, and pickup windows as native concepts — not products with food-themed labels. Proven at our own counter through Prepped, our meal-kit business, with Savor as the food-discovery demand side.

Validated in v0.1.0-alpha: a mixed cart checked out end to end, checkout composed a pickup-window step from the kitchen’s schedule, and every purchase produced a kitchen ticket — idempotently, with 85 automated tests and ~13,000 assertions behind it.

ALPHA · DEMOABLE
EyeCommerce · optical

Comparison shopping for glasses the way Expedia does travel: frames, lenses, coatings, prescriptions, insurance, and providers compared as one true total package. Built by Unblurred Vision, with Positronic supplying the pricing intelligence underneath.

Grounded in over a decade of hands-on optical e-commerce operating experience.

IN DESIGN
Atlas & Varta · labs

Public-interest work from Parallax Labs. Atlas is a platform for preserving, organizing, and replaying history — source-backed and correction-aware. Varta, its first experience, is a delayed, aggregated historical archive of drone and missile attacks on Ukraine. Not a live tracker; a record.

Atlas preserves history. Varta watches the skies.

Built in production, not in a pitch deck.

Parallax is founded by Sean Talbot, a technology leader with more than twenty years of experience building and modernizing production software across commerce, mobile operations, compliance, healthcare workflows, analytics, infrastructure, and automation — including long-running client relationships measured in years, not engagements.

Parallax turns that operating experience into a reusable system for directing people, agents, infrastructure, and product decisions. Built by the person who needed it.
